  • Taekwon-Do literally means the art of hand and foot.

  • The founder of Taekwon-Do was General Choi Hong Hoi who died in 2002

  • In 1996 General Choi grouped a number of countries that were training in Taekwon-Do into the international group called the International Taekwon-Do Federation or the ITF.

  • Saju Jirugi - Four direction punch.

  • Saju Makgi - Four driectional block.
